Operating Rules of the EUROWASH self-service touchless car wash. Version 2026.05.

1. ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

EUROWASH is a network of 5 self-service touchless car washes in eastern Slovakia operated by KAMIOR s.r.o. since 2015. Our locations are equipped with reverse osmosis (cars dry without spots), Nayax payment terminals (coins, card, phone, NFC chip), and 4 of 5 are open 24/7. By entering a wash bay, the customer accepts these rules.


2. OUR LOCATIONS

    3. WASH PROCEDURE

  • Park in the center of the bay. Turn off the engine, set the parking brake, close the windows.
  • Rinse the heaviest mud under the car toward the central drain. This saves time and credit.
  • Pay or tap the chip on the Nayax terminal — coins, card, phone, or EUROWASH NFC chip.
  • Use programs in the correct order: active foam → shampoo → rinse → wax → final rinse. Foam bottom-up, rinse top-down.
  • After finishing, vacate the bay. Hose back on the holder, briefly rinse the floor.

    • A detailed pictogram guide is posted at every bay.


    4. PROGRAMS

  • Active foam — nano foam at low pressure dissolves dirt. Bottom-up, brief contact time.
  • Shampoo wash — hot softened water with shampoo. Top-down, distance 10–30 cm.
  • Rinse — clean water. Top-down, ~50 cm.
  • Wax — hot wax, paint protection. Final rinse mandatory afterwards.
  • Final rinse (osmosis) — demineralized water, car dries without spots. Mandatory after wax.
  • Vacuum — professional vacuums with attachments.

    • Charged by elapsed time (pulses), not per single start. All prices include VAT.


    5. PAYMENT METHODS

    At every bay there is a Nayax payment terminal:

  • Coins — 0.50 €, 1 € and 2 €. Selected locations also have a bill changer (dispenses 0.50 € and 1 €).
  • Contactless card — VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, American Express.
  • Mobile payments — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal.
  • Monyx Wallet — Nayax mobile app, no physical card. 5 € registration bonus, every 5th wash free via loyalty program.
  • EUROWASH NFC chip — for regular customers and companies (see section 6).

    • For card or Monyx Wallet payments, the Nayax terminal issues an electronic receipt. For NFC chip payments, the contractual customer receives a tax document at credit top-up.


    Notice under § 3, par. 7, Act No. 289/2008 Coll.: Under § 3, par. 2, lit. b), point 4, services provided by a vending machine are not subject to the obligation to record revenue via an electronic cash register.


    6. NFC CHIPS AND NAYAX CREDIT SYSTEM

    EUROWASH NFC chips are tags or plastic cards that replace coin payment. Especially popular with taxis, transport companies and corporate fleets.


    What companies gain: drivers don't need to look for change. Accounting receives one invoice on top-up instead of dozens of receipts. Spending is transparent. Per-chip limits prevent unnecessary expenses. Lost chip — credit is preserved.


    How it works technically: credit is not on the chip — it's on the Nayax server. The chip is just an identifier (RFID/NFC, 13.56 MHz).


    Issuing chips: customer specifies count and labeling. Most often we issue them per vehicle license plate (EČV). First chips with a framework contract are free. Replacements per price list.


    Credit: top-up via deposit invoice, tied to a specific chip, transferable between one customer's chips, no expiration, not refundable in cash.


    Per-chip limits: daily (taxis 2 €/day), weekly (service vehicles 10 €/week), monthly (passenger 30 €, freight 80 €/month). After the limit, the terminal won't allow another wash from the chip until a new period starts.


    Lost chip: contact us immediately, we'll block it instantly, issue a new one and transfer credit.


    Transaction reports on request (XLSX/CSV/PDF), usually within 2 business days. Regular monthly reports arranged in framework contract. On request we set up customer's own access to the Nayax web interface.


    When issuing NFC chips, we process personal data (name or company name, ID, contact details, possibly vehicle plate and driver name) within the scope necessary for service provision. Data resides in Nayax and internal records. Processed under contract performance and legitimate interest (GDPR). Data subject rights via info@euro-wash.sk.


    7. WASTEWATER PROTECTION

    Wastewater from washing undergoes multi-stage treatment to ensure that water entering the public sewer or the soakage system meets statutory limits.


    Layer 1 — at entry: drivers rinse heavy mud under the car toward the central drain. Bays with larger drain mesh diameter for heavy-terrain vehicles (trucks, tractors, excavators).


    Layer 2 — under the floor: water flows through floor grates with coarse-debris trap into a sedimentation tank (sand, sludge). Cleaned water then passes through a coalescence oil/water separator (ORL) that captures petroleum substances and fats. Output NEL value complies with STN EN 858-2 up to 0.1 mg/l.


    Layer 3 — regular service: ORL serviced by an authorized person according to load and water permit. Operations staff visually inspects weekly (logbook record). Sludge and ORL contents are hazardous waste (code 13 05). Records archived for 5 years.


    Use of own detergents, sponges or brushes is not permitted in the bays. Our chemistry is selected to be ORL-compatible and ensure the legal NEL limit at output.


    8. SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE

    Rules for users:

  • No smoking and no fueling in the bay.
  • Do not point the gun at people, animals, cameras, nozzles, or electrical wiring.
  • Children under 15 only with adult supervision.
  • Pets are not allowed in the bay.
  • In winter — caution. The floor freezes. Do not lock a wet car immediately after washing.
  • Washing is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use.

    • Maintenance: daily checks of guns, hoses, Nayax reader, coin acceptor, lighting. Authorized service partner regularly (WAPs, chemical dosers, osmosis treatment). Authorized person regularly (ORL, sedimentation tank). Records archived 5 years.


    In case of an emergency (oil leak, tank overflow, fire), staff secure evacuation, prevent further leakage, contact emergency services (112, 158, 150, 155), inform the water authority and environmental inspection, arrange disposal via authorized person, log in the emergency book.


    9. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND COMPLAINTS

    We act in accordance with Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on consumer protection and the Civil Code.

    10. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • This policy is binding for the operator, employees and all users.
  • Safety rules are summarized on an info board at every bay.
  • Current version always at www.euro-wash.sk.
  • Changes communicated to contractual customers at least 15 days in advance.
