How it works in practice

A taxi company sets a limit of 2 € / day per driver. The driver hands over a clean car, the company only pays what it approves. Management sees a real-time overview — who, when and where they washed.

NFC chips and Nayax credit system

For regular customers and companies, we offer EUROWASH NFC chips and cards. The driver taps the chip on the terminal, selects a program — the price is deducted from credit. We typically issue them per vehicle plate. First chips with a framework contract are free.

Credit is not on the chip — it's on the Nayax server. The chip is just an identifier. On loss, credit is preserved; we issue a new chip and transfer credit. Credit is tied to a specific chip, transferable between one customer's chips, with no expiration.

In Nayax we can set per-chip limits — daily (e.g. taxis € 2/day), weekly (service vehicles € 10/week), monthly (passenger € 30, freight € 80/month). After the limit, the terminal stops the chip until a new period. Limits can be changed any time on email request.

Transaction reports on request (XLSX/CSV/PDF), usually within 2 business days. Regular monthly reports arranged in the framework contract. On request we set up customer-side access to the Nayax web interface.
