Privacy Policy

Privacy policy of KAMIOR s.r.o. in accordance with GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.


1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

We process data you provide via the contact form or when concluding an NFC chip system contract:

  • From the contact form: name, email, subject and message text.
  • For NFC chips (contractual customers): name or company name, Company ID, VAT ID, billing address, contact person and email, vehicle plate (EČV), and possibly driver name for chip identification.
  • From NFC chip usage: time and location of wash, selected program, amount, chip identifier, transaction history. This data resides in the Nayax cloud system.

    • The website does not use third-party analytical or marketing cookies.


    3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

  • Contact form data: to respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • NFC chip system — billing and service delivery: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • NFC chip system — limits, reports, transparency for companies: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Tax and accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — Act No. 431/2002 Coll.).

    • 4. RECIPIENTS AND FOREIGN PROCESSOR (Art. 13 GDPR)

    Data related to the NFC chip system is processed in the Nayax cloud platform (Nayax Ltd.) as a processor. Nayax data centers are within the EU/EEA. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Nayax under Art. 28 GDPR.


    Other recipients: accounting service provider, tax authority (legal obligation), Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) in case of complaint. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA.


    5. RETENTION PERIOD

  • Contact form data: at most 1 year from inquiry completion.
  • NFC chip system — active contract: during contract validity.
  • After contract end: 10 years (legal obligation to retain accounting documents — § 35 Act No. 431/2002 Coll.).
  • Anonymized transaction statistics (without customer identifier): unlimited.

    • 6. YOUR RIGHTS

    You have the right to: access, rectification of incorrect data, erasure (where it does not conflict with legal obligations), restriction of processing, portability, objection, and lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.sk).


    Exercise rights via email at info@euro-wash.sk. We will process without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.
